Centering Lines

Newbie Question - I create a circle then drag the circle to the center of the document. How do I display the vertical and horizontal lines which signify the center of the document? Thanks.

@pjglad Welcome to VectorStyler.
Not sure if this answers, but try enabling Snap to Artboard (View -> Guides) to get snapping and indication when an object is moved to the artboard center.
