Duplicated text behave as locked object ?

Well, I didn't do anything to the text: I've just duplicated a text frame and again suddenly, it became impossible to change the text, the size, etc. as a locked object... but it is not locked at least according to the layers panel.

@PatrickM Tried here a basic text frame -> duplicate and editing is still possible.
Is the frame resizable?
Send me the file where the text editing is blocked.
