Scale nodes and handles with zoom.

Here's a simple and very useful idea. At the moment, nodes and handles are absolute sizes. But they should scale with zoom as a toggle option.

@VectorStyler: Not all the way through to 1 million zoom levels. That's ridiculous and useless. But at the very least up to 200 to 300%.
