Vector Halftone dot color reverts to black after clicking OK

When I edit a vector halftone, I check that Colorize is set to None and change the Color swatch for the dots to red. The preview shows the red dots correctly, but after I click OK, the dots turn black. If I reopen the halftone options, the Color swatch has also reverted to black.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a Regular vector halftone.
Check that Colorize is set to None.
Change the dot Color to red.
Confirm that the preview shows red dots, then click OK.
Reopen the halftone options.

Expected: The dots and the Color swatch remain red.

Actual: Both revert to black after clicking OK.

Is there another setting that could override the dot color when the dialog closes, or is the selected color failing to save? I’ve attached a screenshot showing the red swatch and red dots in the preview.
