problem with the top numeric corner field

With two selected nodes there's a problem with the top numeric corner field: When tapping up- or down-arrow the value increase only. No decrease when applying dwn-arrow.
The corner panel works fine though ...

Is this from the keyboard? It seems to be working here.

It is by using the keyboard arrows.

I also notice it works fine ie. on new primitive objects converted to shapes, but not always.
I've isolated a problematic example here:
