VS Top menu bar disappears when switch back from full screen view on Mac laptop

I noticed I am often missing the very top menu bar in VS on my mac laptop. After some investigating, I realized that after using VS in full screen mode, when switching back to making it a moveable window, it loses the top menu bar. When not in the "full-screen" mode, if I manually adjust the size of the VS window, the top menu bar returns.

@Boldline I will try to replicate this. It seems to be working fine on MacOS Sequoia, could be a thing on Tahoe.
