AVIF format

WebP was added to VS in unbelievable time.
Thank you. Does it make sense to consider AVIF?
Normally I'd just use SVG directly for the web, but since AVIF seems to be poised to replace WebP, we'll need tools to export these types of files.
SVG of course can handle raster imaged inside the file and has a lot of filters - no idea how that translates to AVIF. Thoughts?https://caniuse.com/#search=AVIF

This depends on the quality of available libraries (libavif) and its licensing model (looks ok).
Added AVIF to the long term feature list. Might not make it into the first release.webp has a very clean library design.
