When I click the "Skip this version" button, I wonder why the
update panel still appears the next time I launch VectorStyler.

I would have expected that the update panel would not appear again.
Win 11
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, 6-core.
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 5070.
