I select an object in the layer panel. How do I leave focus from the panel to the artboard viewport without having to click/select once again? I want to nudge the object with the arrow keys

When using the keyboard arrows, as of now, I just stay and scroll in the panel, which is annoying.

I've tried to select to viewport/artboard by clicking the page tab, but that just make VS send me to the next open page tab if available.

Is there a solution to this?

I know, but then you may deselect the item (or select another not intended)

ie. when first selecting the text frame and the click it again in the viewport you may choose rectangle instead. Too much clicking and very unprecise.
