<![CDATA[Text frames, please tell me the difference ...]]>Can you please tell me the destinction between these two text frames?

I cannot resize the content text of the one at the left using the combination click-drag-option-shift.
What's the difference?

No. And if I convert to shape and reconvert to frame again the font resizes with no other option for bounding box tranfomation only.

Here, when I resize either of them, the font is not resized (which is the default for text frames).

Odd. According video and my experiennce it behaves otherwise ...
