Flickering cursor using Pointer/Selector tools

When using any of the Pointer/Selector tools, hovering the cursor over the segments or corner/side markers of the bounding box will cause the cursor to flicker quickly between a small and large cursor instead of, e.g., a rotation indicator, a skew indicator, etc.
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019)/72gb RAM/Catalina 10.15.4/Wired Macally mouse

Could not replicate this. Maybe it depends on the content?
An example drawing would help.
Also: a new build will be available soon (in 1-2 days) fixing some issues (hangs) in hovering.

Can confirm that this problem exists on Catalina.
Added to the bug list.

Cursor issues in Catalina should be fixed in build 150, available for download.
