Enhanced Blend Tool Function
-

There's a demo video. The blend function features a practical curve stretching assist tool, which is highly recommended to add. Please watch the full video if you have time. Besides, its panel layout offers greater flexibility compared with the current VS version.

Funny, saw this video just a few minutes ago on youtube

@Subpath This seems to be the program you recommended. I only followed its YouTube account.

I think @Boldline mentioned Graphite once and recommended it—I didn't.
Personally, I find the Node Editor within it a bit too cluttered.
But it has a few interesting ideas for generating vector graphics. That said, I do think the ability to create vector graphics using also nodes is
generally a good idea. The programs "Nodebox," "Paragraphic," and
"Cavalry" all utilize nodes in one way or another. -
@Subpath So I got my memory mixed up. The program is still under development, yet it boasts quite powerful features. VS could learn from it and make improvements accordingly.

I had come across Graphite app a year ago or so and was impressed by some of the ways they were handling vector tools; The focus on non-destructive vector editing as it relates to the unique mind mapping editing map.
It offers some great features and tools for sure-Not anywhere near the level of VS right now, but its inspiring to see different vector related applications developing with different focuses like Graphite, Affinity, Calvary, Paragraphic, Vectoraster, Patternodes, etc.
Vectorstyler is my daily use vector app for most of my work and the other apps have occasional use in my workflow

I totally get this. I, too, appreciate apps that take unconventional approaches.
Btw. that one of the reason i bought Vectorstyler
Even though I don't use Graphite myself, I've still followed its development from
time to time. For instance, there's a dedicated thread about it on the Blender forum.I really came to appreciate the possibilities that nodes offer for creating vector graphics—if not
sooner, then certainly after I started working with the app NodeBox. Patternodes, for example,
also utilizes nodes.
